Introduction

Antenatal Circle (“we,” “our,” or “us”) offers antenatal courses led by qualified instructors. These courses provide general educational guidance on pregnancy, childbirth, and baby care. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings and participation in our courses. By booking a course, you agree to these Terms.

Important Note: Our instructors cannot provide personal medical advice under any circumstances. For individual queries regarding your health or pregnancy, please consult your Community Midwife, GP, Obstetrician, or another healthcare professional.

Course Content and Delivery

• Courses are taught by experienced and qualified antenatal instructors.
• All course content reflects up-to-date information and current professional standards at the time of teaching.
• Our courses supplement the advice provided by the NHS or your healthcare provider. They are not a substitute for individual medical advice.

Booking Process

• Bookings are completed via our booking platform, Bookwhen.
• A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been made.
• A confirmation email with course details will be sent following a successful booking.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Payment is processed securely via PayPal.
• Prices are subject to change but are fixed at the rate displayed when your booking is confirmed.

Cancellations and Refunds

By You:

• You may cancel your booking at any time by emailing or calling us. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation within two working days.
• If you cancel more than one month before the start of the course, you will receive a full refund, less £25 to cover our administrative costs.
• If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the course start date, no refund will be given unless exceptional circumstances apply, which we assess at our discretion.

By Us:

• Courses require a minimum number of participants to proceed. If this number is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the course. In this case, you will receive a full refund.
• In the unlikely event that a session needs to be rescheduled or relocated, we will notify you as soon as possible. Any alternative venue will be within 2 miles of the original location. No refunds will be offered in these circumstances.

Make-Up Sessions

If you miss a session, we may be able to offer a make-up session on another course, subject to availability. However, due to high demand, this cannot be guaranteed.

Liability

• Participation in Antenatal Circle courses is at your own risk.
• We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to you or your property during attendance.
• You are responsible for ensuring your own health and safety throughout the sessions. If you feel unwell at any time, you should seek medical advice immediately.

Intellectual Property

• All course materials provided by Antenatal Circle are for personal use only.
• Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
